Sunstar Realty Development Limited is a public limited company incorporated on 30 June 2008 under the Companies Act, with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company operates in the real estate development sector.
The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-VI, by order dated 10 July 2026 in C.P. (IB) 769/MB/2025 filed by Jeevan Jyoti Vanijya Limited under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has admitted the company into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
A moratorium under Section 14 of the IBC, 2016 has been declared and the affairs of the company are being managed by the appointed Interim Resolution Professional.

Management During CIRP
As per Section 17 of the IBC, 2016, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Debtor stand suspended and are being exercised by the Interim Resolution Professional. Mr. Vinod Kumar Chaurasia has been appointed as the IRP for this matter.
All stakeholders — Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, Home Buyers and other creditors — are requested to submit their claims in the prescribed format to the Interim Resolution Professional within the timeline specified in the Public Announcement.
